1. Introduction
Welcome to Belgravia Homestead Dahlias. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

"Company" refers to Belgravia Homestead Dahlias.
"Customer" refers to any individual or entity that purchases or uses our products or services.
"Products" includes all dahlia cuttings and related horticultural items sold by our Company.
3. Services
We provide high-quality dahlia as well as educational resources on dahlia care and cultivation.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Prices are listed  and are subject to change.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept All types of electronic payments.


5. Shipping and Delivery

We guarantee that healthy cuttings will arrive within 1-2 days from the ship date, with $100 insurance included.
Once the package leaves our farm, we cannot control the shipping company’s arrival time. We highly suggest contacting UPS directly for any issues related to deliveries that do not arrive within the specified timeframe.
Customers are responsible for checking their mail and unpacking their cuttings promptly. If cuttings are not unpacked and watered upon arrival, the Company will not be held responsible for any issues that arise.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if they have any issues with their order. Complaints submitted after this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
If you will be out of town or unable to receive the shipment when the shipping notification is sent, you must arrange for someone to unpack and water your cuttings upon arrival.
We ship using 1-2 day UPS guaranteed mail to ensure your cuttings arrive in good shape; however, it is your responsibility to unpack your cuttings quickly to help them adapt to their new homes.
After 24 hours, we are not responsible for your plants. If any issues occur during your care of the plants, the Company is not held liable. All concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our live cuttings, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery regarding any damaged or defective product to qualify for a refund or replacement.

 All orders are final after purchased.

If you purchase cuttings you are agreeing to those terms. If we decide to make an exception we charge a 20% restocking fee, as this takes time away from farming and administration fees.


7. Plant Health and Viruses

While we take great care in propagating and shipping our dahlias, we cannot guarantee that all cuttings are free from viruses or diseases. We do test our stock regularly however not every plant is tested. We do our best to cull anything that shows sign of disease. 
Customers are encouraged to inspect all cuttings upon arrival. If a cutting shows signs of disease or virus, please contact us immediately.
The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the introduction of viruses or diseases to the customer's garden. 
We recommend that customers take preventative measures, including proper sanitation and pest management, to maintain plant health.

Some cuttings may be topped in order to ship. Please do not purchase if you are not ok with these modifications. We top at 3rd or 5th leaf node as recommended. 


8. Limitation of Liability

Belgravia Homestead Dahlias is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks associated with Belgravia Homestead Dahlias are the property of the Company and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
11. Changes to Terms

Belgravia Homestead Dahlias reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
