I’ve trialed this flower for a couple of years now and she remains my favorite blush bloom, Cloud Nine is an absolutely breathtaking new 2027 release from hybridizer Levi Tremblay. With gorgeous 4-inch blooms in the dreamiest shades of creamy blush, and soft porcelain white, this dahlia is pure elegance.
